I don't share any gathered data with third parties. 

The personal information gathered includes: email, phone numbers, credit or debit card numbers or checking account numbers. This information is gathered for the purpose of purchasing artwork. My goal is to make the customer's experience a pleasant and safe one. I treat  customer's personal information with care and respect.

 

Security/Payment

Payment is by check,  credit or debit card.The Square app or POS, (point of sale)  devices  are used. Payment through checks are made out to David S Patch. Payment online can be done directly through this website in the online store  through the Square payment plug-in. Please indicate form of payment at the time of purchase. 

Square uses several levels of encryption and security to safeguard customer and merchant information. 

 

Ordering

When a customer orders an item, upon completion of the transaction, an invoice is saved for the merchant records and can also be sent to the customer's email. Invoices can also be written in person, if the sale and transaction are completed on a physical premises.

Order cancellation

To cancel an order by credit or debit card, notify your card company of the transaction to cancel it. To cancel an order by check, do the following: request a stop payment order to your bank.  Please allow for a cancellation period of 13 days. Because individual bank or card policies, or charge situations will vary, I allow this time frame for every customer.

Returns & exchanges 

If a customer wants to exchange or return an item, contact me within 13 days of the purchase. To exchange an item,  mail the item back to me that you want to exchange. The item must  be in the original  condition it was when it was shipped and mailed. If it's  damaged, the purchase will be cancelled. If I receive the item in its original condition, then I will exchange it. Damage to an item in transit must be reported immediately upon receiving purchased goods with photographic evidence to support the complaint.

Shipping

The shipping amount is given at the time of mailing; this amount is not included in the total price.

I sell the products on this site to individual, private clients. The images I paint from are photographic imagery. That imagery is copyrighted by the person who took the photograph.  I follow the rules set by owners of the photographs I use for reference to legally create work based on those rules. If I take a photograph and create from it, I retain full rights for use of the image. 

The imagery and information I post on this site are subject to change at any time.  The work is not intended for commercial, wholesale or public use, only for sale to private clients.
